These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of telic (the “Service”), a fullscreen focus timer for Google Calendar available at pomotelic.com. By signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
telic connects to your Google Calendar and displays your current and upcoming events in a distraction-free, Pomodoro-style fullscreen timer. The Service is provided free of charge and may change or evolve over time.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. By connecting your account, you authorize telic to access your Google Calendar as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service; or
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
The Service depends on Google APIs and other third-party providers. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Intellectual property
telic, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal productivity. Your calendar data remains yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that events will always display accurately.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, telic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or productivity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking telic’s access from your Google account permissions. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
